What is TicketSpice pricing?
TicketSpice pricing is simple. Just 99¢ per ticket plus standard credit card processing rates of 2.9% + 30¢ (that you can pass on to your attendees). Fees are deducted from your payouts before they are direct deposited in your bank account.
Can I pass along fees or mark them up?
You can choose to absorb the fees or pass on the fees to your ticket buyers. You also can add any additional ticketing fees or convenience fees and keep 100% of any fees you choose to add.
What do you charge for free events?
Event organizers who run paid events can run free events for free. If you are not organizing paid events, the pricing is 99¢ a ticket.
What is your on-site pricing?
TicketSpice provides you a great on-site box office app to sell tickets on-site. When using the box office app, your ticket pricing drops down to 49¢ per paid ticket.
How fast can I get my payouts?
Get paid weekly! Unlike many other ticketing companies that make you wait weeks or months to get paid, we offer weekly payouts directly to your bank account. Most choose weekly payouts for simpler bookkeeping.
What payment processors can I use?
Most customers use our in-house processor, Webconnex Payments. But you’re also welcome to use Stripe, Authorize.net, NMI, Paya, Cybersource, Payflow Pro, and SecureNet. A 1% fee is applied and charged in USD. Learn more about all the processors and fees here.
Do you have platform, setup, or support fees?
Nope, nada, zilch. Just the flat 99¢ per ticket plus standard credit card processing rates of 2.9% + 30¢.
What if my tickets are less than $5?
When selling tickets that are $5 or less, the TicketSpice pricing drops to 49¢ a ticket.
