Spice up your forms with the sweet new navigation bar! Include one or all of the following buttons on your forms:
Your registrants and donors are going to be excited the next time they go to your page and see these enhancements. You might even be able to take another vacation with all the time you’ll save by not having to resend confirmation emails anymore! Learn more.
Lock in selections for your registrants based on various triggers. For example, if you were hosting a three day conference, and lunch wasn’t offered on the first day, you can set and lock “No lunch” when the first day is selected. This way none of the food mongers in attendance can score a free meal!You can even have a little fun with it! Once someone selects their registration option, or makes a donation, set and lock an option that says, “I’m awesome and I know it!” Learn more.
You will now receive a summary email after you send out year-end statements. It will detail out the name and email of each recipient. This takes the guesswork out and will help make your next tax season just a little less painless.

It is easier than ever to sell tickets on-site with the new TicketSpice Box Office app! Swipe credit cards or accept cash payments in a snap. This app will help increase your day of event sales and keep lines flowing quickly. Even connect the app to a bluetooth printer to instantly issue a ticket to your attendees. Learn more.
Donations are now a designated ticket level that can be added to your page! People who can’t attend the event can simply make a donation and people who are attending can add it onto their order in a snap. Learn more.
Once your event sells out, you can have a waitlist automatically appear. Registrants can then fill out their registration and billing information, and will be added to your waitlist. If selected, their card will be charged and their status will change from Waitlisted to Completed. Learn more.
For those of you crushing it with your sold out events, congratulations! If you don’t wish to allow people to join a waitlist, you can auto-close your campaigns instead. You can even customize the message that will appear once it closes to let your registrants know any important details or thank them for their interest. Learn more.
Your registrants used to just be able to login and edit their current registrations. Now, they can add additional registrants to their order if desired. They can do so as long as your form is live.
Not only can additional registrants be added to orders in Account Manager, you can allow registrants to partially refund themselves or downgrade their registrations as well.
